John Momitsas – Senior Associate

John has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales, in addition to a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
John was previously a volunteer with the Redfern Legal Centre and Marrickville Legal Centre, providing advice and assistance to international students during the COVID-19 pandemic and to young people in need across New South Wales.
Outside of work, John enjoys being by the water, whether it’s going for a surf, snorkel or a swim.
John Momitsas is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team, bringing over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. He acts for Australian and international investors, developers, fund managers, government departments and private clients.
John has advised and assisted his clients across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout Australia, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, developments, as well as the provision of property-related and titling advice.
