Our lawyers have executed and advised on transactions in many parts of the globe, including Australia and Oceania, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the United States and we’re available to advise and execute transactions in any jurisdiction – utilising local capacity where required.
Advancement in technology has brought the world closer together – even without international travel.
Many of our team have either worked abroad or managed transactions abroad from Australia. We have a working knowledge of transactional requirements across a range of jurisdictions, and can operate in an advisory capacity as required.
Our experience abroad includes the purchase of hotels and serviced apartment buildings in Dubai, construction contracting for real estate development projects in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Saudi Arabia, the establishment of businesses in East Africa, as well as bids for the purchase of companies across Europe and the United States.
We also have notable experience in the hotel industry across Oceania, the Middle East, East and North Africa, and Eastern Europe.
Our international experience assists us in assessing local partners who we work with on transactional and advisory mandates.
We can operate in an advisory role to assist entry into global markets.
