We would love you to come and talk to us
Stronger together
Fostering open and honest communication across teams – regardless of your experience – is the way we work, because we know that a diverse range of inputs leads to the best client outcomes, and we are stronger together.
Continual development
We empower our people to take ownership of their development and grow into their chosen area of specialism. As part of our team, we are supportive of your continued personal growth.
Engaging and enjoyable
We actively create opportunities for engagement and interaction with our clients and each other on a social and human level through a variety of standing and ad hoc events throughout the year. We celebrate our wins with gusto.
Equitable and diverse
We recognise that inequality is prominent in corporate environments and we strive to avoid it in ours by actively recruiting a diverse team. In addition, our programs with prominent universities provide opportunities for Indigenous students to develop their careers in a supportive environment, in both legal and non-legal roles.
Giving back
We’re proud to support a number of Indigenous charities that we encourage our people to become involved with. We also want you to contribute to your chosen charity in a meaningful way – whatever that may be. We donate some of your work time for you to do this, because it’s important for our team to contribute – and our communities need us too.
Flexible and supportive
Our people have an existence outside of their work – whilst we are committed to delivering for our clients, life is also there to be lived. We tailor flexible working arrangements and encourage open and honest communication to ensure we are supportive of our people’s needs outside of the office environment, whilst also providing seamless client service.
Current Opportunities at Keighran Legal+Advisory
We are passionate about the law, our clients and contributing to our community – and if you are too and want to develop your career as part of a supportive, non-bureaucratic team, we’d love to hear from you.
