Our experience abroad includes the purchase of hotels and serviced apartment buildings in Dubai, construction contracting for real estate development projects in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Saudi Arabia, the establishment of businesses in East Africa, as well as bids for the purchase of companies across Europe and the United States.

Georgia Arya
Director
Georgia Arya is a Director in our Hotels team bringing over 16 years of experience acting on major projects and transactions in Australia, the Middle East, East Africa, Asia, Europe, United Kingdom and America. Her experience spans various sectors liaising with numerous company boards, shareholders and government entities.
Her previous tenure as a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel saw Georgia responsible for the legal affairs of a group of companies overseeing major projects and other business entities held in respective portfolios.
Her in-house background coupled with her extensive law firm experience gives Georgia unrivalled insight into the client perspective on engaging an external legal services provider and the type of legal support that is vital for companies.
