Our Offering
Sales and acquisitions
We manage data rooms, undertake vendor and purchaser due diligence, prepare contracts for sale, negotiate transaction documents and deal with transitional and completion arrangements.
Hotel management arrangements
We negotiate hotel management and related agreements on behalf of operators and owners, including franchise agreements, leases and bespoke and transitional arrangements (including rebranding of existing assets).
Mixed use arrangements
We advise on mixed use projects within a hotel accommodation lot, including drafting appropriate management and co-owner’s governance structures and bylaws.
Branded residences
We structure, negotiate and document branded residence schemes and royalty payment structures.
Liquor licencing
We make applications for liquor licences, including new grants, removals and transfers in all states and territories (utilizing local agents where necessary), and lodge necessary appeals to NSW Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (NCAT).
Project development
On behalf of developers who co-invest, we structure development and security arrangements through Project Development Agreements, Project Delivery Agreements, or joint venture arrangements.
White label operations
Assisting both ‘white label’ operators, owners and franchisees with tri-partite branding, management and distribution arrangements.
FIRB advice
We advise foreign investors on Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) requirements and applications to the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) for any required regulatory approval (if required).

Georgia Arya is a Director in our Hotels team bringing over 17 years of experience acting on major projects and transactions in Australia, the Middle East, East Africa, Asia, Europe, United Kingdom and America. Her experience spans various sectors liaising with numerous company boards, shareholders and government entities.
Her previous tenure as a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel saw Georgia responsible for the legal affairs of a group of companies overseeing major projects and other business entities held in respective portfolios.
