Duane Keighran – Managing Director

Duane Keighran has expertise across a range of real estate, hotel and commercial areas. He acts for developers, hotel operators, investors, fund managers, landlords, tenants, Community Housing Providers (CHPs), Indigenous businesses and government departments. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactional and advisory mandates across Australia and Oceania, the Middle East and North Africa, and in parts of Asia and Europe.

Duane has received recognition for his work for his clients in legal directories, where he has been noted as being “well respected for his work with clients”. Currently, he is also recommended in Who’s Who Legal for Hospitality in Australia and is listed in Best Lawyers in Australia for Real Property Law.

Duane is a passionate Non-Executive Director of NSWALC’s social and affordable housing provider, National Housing Limited, tasked with delivering improved housing outcomes for Aboriginal people across communities in New South Wales. A proud Gomeroi man, he has also provided pro-bono and advisory assistance to Indigenous businesses and individuals when required.
